About Us

Scott Hynd, Co-Founder

Scott is a Co-Founder of Proformance Marketing Group (PMG).  He appears regularly
as a product expert on QVC and has personally presented over 100 different products on
television, including seven Today's Special Values, totaling thousands of appearances
and millions of dollars in sales.  

Additionally, he has represented and promoted products, events, and people in all forms of
media at the local, national, and international levels as well as at national trade shows across
the country.  Prior to PMG, he held executive positions with a venture capital firm that
specialized in emerging product technology as
well as a consumer electronics company.  

At PMG, Scott is responsible for product sourcing, selling strategies, and broadcast support. 

Scott is a graduate of both Clemson University and the Villanova University School of Law.  He
lives in Suburban Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.

Chris McInally, Co-Founder

Chris is also a graduate of Clemson University and received his MBA in 2003.  He has
spent the majority of his career working on the analytical side of the retail industry.  
Working extensively for and with major retailers, Chris has performed many analytical
functions including inventory management, category management, forecasting for
domestic and international manufacturing, order creation, and reports to increase
product demand and new opportunities.  Chris also has systems experience to handle
EDI, web design and maintenance, and AS/400 functionality.  Chris has analytical
experience with a variety of companies including Sony, Twentieth Century Fox, Anchor
Bay Entertainment, Macmillan Publishing, Hollywood Video, Schwinn, Mongoose,
Cosco, and Safety First, working with a wide assortment of products including movies,
books, furniture, bicycles, ladders, and baby products.  

At PMG, Chris is responsible for product sourcing as well as QA, Shipping, and
Packaging compliance. 

Chris is also President of Top Recruit Kicking, Inc. and resides in a suburb of Detroit
with his wife and daughter.
